Advice for Tenants

Using our search engine find your ideal home, within your desired area and more importantly, within budget.
To view the property of your dreams ring HMK Property Management or arrange a viewing online. We work around your schedule so viewing your next home is easy.
To apply for a property simply request an application form from  info@hmkpropertymanagement.com and submit for consideration.

References

When completing your application form you will be asked to provide a referee along with their contact details. This should be a previous or current employer or a previous landlord. We will contact them directly once you have applied for a property. Please get permission from your referee beforehand.

Deposit

A deposit of one month’s rent plus the first month's rent must be paid prior to moving day. All deposits are held securely in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
